Laketown Wharf 320 | Spacious 3BR with Lakefront Balcony & New Flooring | 5 Pools, 2 Hot Tubs, Gym, Beach Access

Absolutely beautiful condo has so much room! Short walk to the beach but beach was very crowded (to be expected). We always found a decent spot though. For some reason they had the water hoses off our last day at the beach for rinsing sand but luckily the condo has hoses right by the pool. Definitely recommend renting a boat and going to shell island if ur looking for a less crowded spot and they have an ice cream boat that comes by. Light show was fun for the kids to watch at night! Pools and hot tub were great! They are strict about having ur drink by the pool. (Gota stay 4 ft back) which is understandable but sucks when u want to sit with ur feet in the pool with ur drink. Great place for families to stay within walking distance to beach. Bit of a walk to the garage but loved that we were able to park right by the walkway so didnt need elevators to load/unload. Trash chutes fill up fast!
